You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email info@uncleiggyworld.com from your account email (or telling us your Instagram username) with the subject “Delete my data”. We will do it within 30 days at most and confirm it by email.
Instagram data
Our website only connects to Uncle Iggy's own Instagram account (@uncleiggyworld), never to yours. From it we read our own posts, to show them on the website, and the comments on our giveaways, to know who takes part. For people who comment we only keep their public username, inside the record of each giveaway, for one year at most; after that it is deleted automatically.
If you want us to remove your username from a giveaway before then, email us with your Instagram username and we will delete it from the record. Deleting your comment on Instagram does not remove it from a giveaway that has already taken place, so please ask us by email.
Account and purchases
If you have an account, we delete it together with your “Recently viewed”, reminders and cart data. Purchase data (invoices) must be kept for as long as tax law requires; during that time it is only used to comply with it. More in the privacy policy.
